No. No appointment is needed to visit our computer shop — just walk in during opening hours and one of our technicians will sit down with you. If you would rather we came to you, we can arrange an onsite visit instead.

We offer same day turnaround on most work. If a part has to be ordered in we will tell you that when we look at the machine, before anything is started.

We explain clearly what repair options are available and whether any additional parts will be required. We won’t commence any work or fit any replacement items without getting prior authorisation from you, so nothing happens without you agreeing to it first.

Both. All our service engineers are certificated for Apple and for Microsoft, and our technicians are also familiar with less common operating systems like Linux. We can help with any brand or model regardless of its age.

Yes. If you are struggling for time to visit us, book an onsite callout and one of our certified technicians can visit your office or home within 24 hours. Our onsite service covers Kingston, Woking, Weybridge, Esher, Addlestone and Byfleet as well as Hersham and Walton-on-Thames.

Yes — Apple Macs and iPads, Windows PCs and laptops, and custom built gaming machines. New and pre-owned, with a 6 month warranty on every pre-owned machine, and we will part exchange your old one.

Bring it in. Data backup and recovery is one of the things we do most often, and we can migrate everything — applications, photos, documents and mail — onto a new machine if you need one.
